Who we are

RRA Compliance Hub is operated by Steadfast Software (sole trader). By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Geographic scope

Our compliance information and tools cover England only. The Renters' Rights Act applies to England. It does not apply to Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, which have their own separate tenancy legislation. Do not rely on our tools for properties located outside England.

Service tiers

Free tier

A one-off compliance check is available at no cost and with no account required. Free checks provide a summary of your compliance status based on the information you provide.

Pro tier — £9.99/month

The Pro subscription is billed at £9.99 per month via Stripe. It includes ongoing compliance monitoring, a property dashboard, email alerts, and document templates. You may cancel at any time with no lock-in or exit fees.

Payment terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• If we need to change the subscription price, we will give you at least 30 days' written notice by email before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the price change applies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from our service without our written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website.

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding on RRA Compliance Hub is owned by Steadfast Software and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without prior written permission. Your property data and account information remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of rental income, or legal costs arising from reliance on information provided by our service.
• We do not guarantee that compliance information is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. Legislation may change, and there may be a delay before our tools reflect those changes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify Pro subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
