Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime, no lock-in

Your Pro subscription has no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. There are no exit fees or penalties.

What happens when you cancel

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all Pro features until that date. After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

• Self-service: Go to Settings → Subscription in your dashboard and click “Cancel Subscription”. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
• By email: Send a cancellation request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 2 working days.

14-day cooling-off period

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

To exercise this right, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of subscribing. We will issue a full refund promptly.

Refunds after the cooling-off period

After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy with our service, so if you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

How refunds are processed

All refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Your data after cancellation

After you cancel, we retain your account data for 12 months. This means if you re-subscribe within that period, your properties and compliance history will still be there. After 12 months, your data is permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.
